To do saliva test at home you will need ovulation microscopes. Like body temperature measurement method, saliva test should be done in the morning before any eating. Food will interfere the test result. Usually ovulation microscopes is re-usable.

I have heard several methods to find out woman ovulation time. Body temperature measurement and saliva testing are some of those. However I prefer to use fertility monitor kits as it is more practical and easy to use.

The first time I read about saliva test to figure out women ovulation. Very interesting! It will be great if you write more details about it. Like how to do the test at home, how accurate this test is, etc…Thanks anyway for the information. I got new knowledge about natural pregnancy every time I read your post.

A basal thermometer is more reliable and accurate than a simple glass thermometer since glass thermometers are only accurate to .2 degrees Fahrenheit. You really need it to be accurate to .1 degrees Fahrenheit since your body temperature fluctuation is very slight.
