If you have ever experienced having a miscarriage before, it may be one of the most depressing, heartbreaking experiences that you have ever been through. Loosing a child before birth makes couples feel alone, or suffering silently whereas others want to express how they feel.

It is important to know that if you are trying again, many professionals will suggest that you wait until at least three months minimum and six months maximum, before you start aiming for pregnancy after miscarriage.

It may take you quite a while to get over the loss of the baby however for some it may be easier to begin trying again almost straight away.  In any case, the medical professionals suggest that you wait until you have had one regular, normal period.

Medical research has revealed that women who have had a miscarriage are at an increased chance at having one again (1 and ½ times more) if you don’t wait until you have your regular period again.

This means if you want a successful pregnancy after miscarriage you will need to aim for this time or know that it is safer to wait around the recommended amount of months that your doctor gives you.

If you have suffered from miscarriage in the past and are wondering ‘do I have an infertility problem?’ then you do not need to worry as much as you thought as it doesn’t really mean that you have got a fertility problem. The majority of women do achieve successful pregnancy after miscarriage when they try later on meaning it is only in certain casers that couples are having problems fertility wise.

Even if you carry on having miscarriages you still have a 70: or 80% chance of becoming pregnant. So never give up and fall short of hope that you will never be pregnant as you never know what might be waiting round the corner!
